Well if my reader is still with me after yesterday’s rant, today is back with the work stuff.
I had my list of things I wanted to cover before going to my beer session with Lloyd.
I have to get the kitchen island finished this month, there is a chunk of cash that will help this month’s numbers.
I was outside early, it was chilly, too cold for shorts and short sleeves, I needed to cut the plywood for the base of the unit. I decided to use a skill saw instead of the circular one because it was heavy and an awkward. I set up a guide, checking and rechecking the measurements, and then went for the cut.
That went well.
I was on a roll, I managed to build the complete floor frame, a monumental moment, now everything can be primed and then the big build.
I managed all this because Lloyd couldn’t make today’s session, that is put off till tomorrow.
Kelli went off with Elaine for another Goodwill special returning with a pair of cain headboards.
Those went straight on to Marketplace.
I did get a reply to my plea for a Mac expert.
A lady responded saying that she had an older laptop that needs the same clean up done. I’m not sure if that helps me, but if she is successful then maybe I could learn what to do.
