A young chap turned up to collect the dresser.
Like most men he checked every drawer, walking round it “kicking the tyres” before phoning his wife to process the payment.
Later Lyn, a return customer, came to view the bookcase. She was excited when she saw it, but needed to see if it would fit in her home. She messaged later to say that it was too big unfortunately.
It was bloody cold today, a couple of degrees above freezing. I had to put the heater on in the garage to thaw out my fingers.
I managed to stain a new dresser top and prime it, so I’m ahead on that one.
I also managed to finish stripping the paint off the four remaining dresser handles.
