We carried the dresser that had the replacement drawer into the house to take pictures. It turned out good with the solid top made from the left over desk worksurface.
Additionally we finished the upholstery for the bench and took pictures of that as well.
To make the day complete we had to go to Zeeland to collect a free dresser. The house had a massive barn that was full of stuff. The owner was moving and trying to get rid of as much stuff as possible, and I’m sure if the truck was any bigger Kelli would have filled it.
The piece was okay, a quick paint job will be needed, and then out, I hope.
If Kelli finds anymore furniture, I might have to lift the roof of the garage as we are up to the rafters on this one.
During the evening, the dresser received a bit of attention but no offer yet, I guess people like to sleep on this kind of decision.
