There were a number of stops on route to collect two pieces of furniture the were purchased last night.
Kelli also found two watering cans for sale on Marketplace and of course everyone needs two watering cans on top of the one we already have. But I was assured that one was going to stay in the car and the other was a gift for Greer.
Having been put in my place we continued on to collect the furniture.
One was a small but heavy desk that will become two matching side tables, the other was a tall dresser, old but badly painted and a missing rail. Having loaded those into the truck, we headed off to Plato’s to return some jeans that she wasn’t happy with. Then we stopped off at the garden centre to get some aquatic plants for the pond. We were fascinated by two frogs entering into, a) playfulness, b) fighting, c) hanky panky we couldn’t really tell which, but it was great entertainment.
We returned home and took pictures of the pair of matching side tables.
I started staining the headboard, it was hot so it was drying really quickly.
I cut the lawns front and back, so the place looked decent again.
