29th August Saturday
I finally got round to weeding the new flower bed at the front of the house. I had to take my phone in order to identify which were weeds and which weren’t. I was definitely in the gardening mood, I even managed to finish laying the edging blocks by the new fence, and filling it with some of the surplus top soil I had left over.
The new area we extended last autumn still needs to be cleared, it still has all the old fencing panels to dispose of, a good old bonfire was on the cards
We finished the dresser that we were trying to get out before the end of the month. I took some pictures, it was posted, and sold within hours.

Winnie and Tateo are bonding well, if you call hand to hand, or in their case mouth to mouth fighting is bonding. The back garden looks like it’s held a horse race, the soil has been turned up, and I try not to get too depressed about it. There will be a time when they both have calmed down, that will be the time to rescue the garden.
