No John the wood day today, I have the floor to lay in the sunroom.
I hurt in every place possible, and some I didn’t think existed.
I was hauling 8’ x 4’ sheets of OSB in and out of the room. I cut every sheet so that it fitted the floor, then took them up again to lay the membrane. The final laying of the boards was a huge relief, now I can concentrate on installing the flooring.
This is wearing on the knees, I should have learnt when I laid new oak flooring throughout the house.
Then there was the carrying in and out of the furniture, by the evening I was wrecked.
I hope for a better night sleep tonight, last night I was restless, getting up at 3.30am, taking a long time to get back to sleep.
